The device solves the problem and technology of stripping, separation, and removal of PVC insulations and strength fillers from glass cords and fibres with the possibility of use in optoelectronics and other fields of electronic industry and the gist of the solution lies in the fact that disc cutters are mounted on eccentric shafts (3), which are seated on rolling bearings (4) of the cup-shaped body (5) pivoted in the bearing (6). The disc cutters (2) rotate around their axes and at the same time around the axis of the hollow shaft (11) owing to the primary and secondary transmission (15, 16), while the eccentric mounting of the disc cutters (2) renders them optimal cutting curve.<IMAGE>
