METHOD OF AGENT PRODUCTION FOR NITRIFYING BACTERIA FUNCTION INHIBITION

The invention concerns the method of production of an agent for inhibition of the function of nitrifying bacteria. Its basis is the condensing reaction of calcium cyanamide, CaCH2, with at least one of the substances occurring with a calcium cation present in the system of at least one low-soluble electrolyte, where the value of the negative common logarithm of the solubility product (pK) at 15 to 30 degrees C is 1.2 to 38. The condensing chemical reaction occurs in the form of a suspension containing 2 to 41 % by weight of dry matter, at a temperature of 10 to 75 degrees C, particularly 25 to 60 degrees C, in an environment of water and/or in an environment of a polar organic solvent. As the substance occurring with a calcium cation of the low-soluble electrolyte, ethanedioic acid and/or sulphuric acid and/or carbon dioxide and/or hydrofluoric acid and/or hexafluorosilicic acid is used. The result of the condensing react is that the expelled low-soluble electrolyte is separated from the reaction product forming a liquid phase by sedimentation and/or filtration and/or centrifuging, or the expelled coagulant in the liquid phase is stabilised in order to reduce the rate of sedimentation of its particles. The product can also be thickened and/or supplemented with substances modifying the chemical reaction. The invention can be used in chemical production, particularly in connection with the production of agricultural chemicals.
