PURPOSE:To eliminate a predetermined value or more of the operating speed of a robot even in any case by selecting whether an upper limit is applied to a frequency or not according to the operating mode of the robot with a sine wave generator with a frequency limit. CONSTITUTION:A sine wave generator 9 with a frequency limit, and a mode selector switch 10 are particularly provided. That is, both a normal sine wave generator 8 and a sine wave generator 9 with a frequency limit are provided, they are selected by the switch 10 to be used for driving an AC servo motor. When it is switched to an operation by the generator 9 in a low speed mode at the time of teaching, etc., even if any malfunction occurs, the frequency of an AC to be supplied to the motor falls within a predetermined value. Thus, its rotating speed does not exceed the predetermined value to prevent a danger. |
