PURPOSE: To mold a synthetic thermoplastic part with high accuracy within a short time by injecting a plasticized synthetic material into a mold cavity formed by inner and outer mold parts and mutually pressing both mold parts with force. CONSTITUTION: A plasticized synthetic material is injected into a mold cavity 16 formed by inner and outer mold parts 7, 8 and both mold parts 7, 8 are mutually pressed with force. The mold cavity 16 is held to a large vol. in a first stage wherein the mold cavity 16 is at least partially filled with the plasticized synthetic material under a low pressure and the mold cavity 16 being in a second stage is conveyed to a smaller vol. than that of the first stage and the clamping force for pressing together the inner and outer mold parts 7, 8 is increased in the second stage in relation to that in the first stage. |
