The present invention relates to a method for producing architectural structures using wall elements consisting of panels, in particular glass panels, which are assembled in a contiguous manner on a metal support structure and the method is characterised in that the panels 20, 21, 22 are secured by means of bonding on the support structure, which is made in particular of metal, two panels at least resting via their substantially contiguous edges on a support profile 1 common to both panels, and the gap between the two contiguous panels is in turn closed by a sealing joint 33 positioned in situ and flush with the outer wall surfaces of the panels.
