Rigid security package for the transport and storage of valuables, comprising two rigid shells fitted one into the other and security closure means, characterised: - on the one hand, in that each shell comprises, on the sides, oblong orifices disposed opposite each other which cooperate with the closure means; - and, on the other hand, in that the security closure means 20 which traverse a pair of orifices disposed opposite each other are constituted by a frontal disc 22, 23 connected by attachment points 24, 27 to a border 21 bearing on one face of the package, and by pins 32-35 integral with the internal face of the disc 22, 23 and capable of engaging on the two closest sides 40-47 of the oblong orifices and capable, under the effect of a partial rotation of the disc 22, 23 of detaching from the border 21 by fracturing the attachment points 24-27 in order to clear the two most distant sides of the oblong orifices and to release the opening of the two shells by means of this.
