PURPOSE:To obtain an ice cream cup capable of easily and quickly holding a hemispherically formed ice cream without causing the collapse of the ice cream by forming a hemispherical recess at the center of the flat part of a thin plastic plate and forming a groove along the circumferential wall in a state to equally divide the recess. CONSTITUTION:A hemispherical recess 3 is formed at the center of a flat part 2 of a thin plastic plate 1. A V-shaped groove 11 are formed along the circumferential wall 4 of the hemispherical recess 3 in a state to divide the recess into two nearly equal parts. A notch 18 reaching the edge part of the groove 11 is formed on the flat part 2. The objective ice cream cup having the above structure has excellent strength without increasing the thickness of the thin plastic plate and the frozen ice cream can be easily removed from the cup without loss.
