<p>PURPOSE:To load many pieces and reduce the installing space in the device in the title for a firebrick of furnace wall lining by transporting a brick arranging its lengthwise direction at right angles to the transport direction, and bringing down, turning, and elevating an elevatable and turnable placing table on the way of transport, according to a turning over command signal. CONSTITUTION:A brick 22 is transport on a conveyor 16 arranging its lengthwise direction at right angles to the transport direction. On the way of transport, the posture of the brick is detected with a sensor (not shown in the figure), and necessity of turning over of the brick is judged. In the case of necessity of turning over, the brick 22 is once placed on a placing table 20, brought down with an elevatable device 19, and turned by 180 deg.. Nextly, it is elevated again and sent out to a conveyor 17. By this constitution, it is transported in state of sideways posture, a feed pitch is shortened to place many pieces, and the installing space of the device can be reduced.</p> |
