PURPOSE:To obtain the subject fishes having an excellent quality, i.e. dense, soft and tight fish meat by administrating Eucommia ulmoides to cultured fishes. CONSTITUTION:To culture fishes such as an eel, a young yellowtail, a sardine, a carp, a trout, a char, a crucian, an ayu and a lobster, Eucommia ulmoides is administrated, preferably in an amount of 0.5g/kg per day as dried powder thereof, thus obtaining the objective fishes. |
