PURPOSE: To improve a separation efficiency for glulcosilated protein by modifying a basic body composing of epoxyde-containing vinylcopolymer with 3-[N-(3 boronphenyl)amino]-2-hydroxypropyloxy group. CONSTITUTION: A chromatography support material is prepared by modifying a basic body composing of epoxyde-containing vinyl copolymer with 3-[N-(3 boronphenyl)amino]-2-hydroxypropyloxy group. The vinylcopolymer mentioned above which is synthesized from monomer of methacrylamide, N,N'-methylene- bismethacrylamide and allylglycidylether and/or glycidylmethacrylate is preferable. A mixture is separated with high speed affinity chromatography by using the chromatography support mentioned above.
