<p>PURPOSE:To accurately perform receipt, delivery, and transport of a coil, by inputting and mermorizing the running position of a carrier car, transport pallet information, a crane position signal, coil on pallet information, and coil storing position information to an actual results memory device provided for work instruction and management of work instruction and actual work results. CONSTITUTION:In the course to transport coils to a crane pier, the memorized contents as to position of a pallet carrier car 3 in the site and position of pallets, on tags provided on a carrier station, a pallet yard, a carrier running road, arc read with the car every arrival of the car at each tag station. Further, posture of the pallet and deviation from the indicated position are detected with a pallet position detecting device in the station, contents of the tags provided in the pallet are read with the car, these are introduced successively to a work instruction and actual results memory device 11, the coil position on the pallet is understood, and the crane hanging down position, hanging down position to the pallet and the position in the housing are controlled.</p> |
