<p>PURPOSE:To quicken a temperature return of the oil to cook fry well by provid ing a means for detecting the lower of the oil temperature with throwing of the material to be cooked and for automatically changing a temperature set level to the high temperature side higher than the beginning. CONSTITUTION:A storage means 17 for storing a time ratio DELTAt2/DELTAt1 of the electrical feeding stop time DELTAt1 under the thermal equilibrium state of a heat dissipation quantity in the atmosphere or the like and a heating quantity from a heating coil 5 and the electrical feeding time DELTAt2 before throwing the material to be cooked into the oil 8 and a comparing means 18 for always comparing the content of the storage means 17 with the electrical feeding ratio DELTAt4/DELTAt3 after throwing the material to be cooked into the oil 8 are comprised. A compen sating means 19 for compensating the output value of a temperature setting means 12 to the high temperature setting side when a difference between them {(DELTAt4/DELTAt3)-(DELTAt2/DELTAt1)} exceeds a certain value is provided. A change of the electrical feeding ratio at the time of throwing of the material to be cooked into the oil 8 is thereby read out quickly to detect the lower of the oil tempera ture, and the electrical feeding ratio is raised, and the lowered oil temperature can be returned quickly.</p> |
