Mixture of cotton, nylon and heat-resistant fibres

Durable heat-resistant warped fabrics are prepared using warped yarns comprising particular mixtures of cotton, nylon and heat-resistant fibres. These intimate mixtures of bulk fibres are characterized by the fact that they comprise 5-20% of bulk nylon fibres, 15 to 50% of heat-resistant fibres having a heat resistance time of at least 0.018 sec/g/m2 and an oxygen limit index of at least 25 and at least 30% of cotton fibres.
