The fitting device is intended to receive a firing position on a vehicle, intended to receive the whole of a firing position consisting of a missile launcher 10 and an aiming support 14. This fitting device comprises: a plinth 28 intended to be fixed to a vehicle; a structure 32 mounted on the plinth so as to revolve about an axis of relative bearing 34, the said structure having a platform for vertically supporting the support 14, masts intended to retain the support transversely in a substantially vertical position and means for receiving the missile launcher making it possible to hold it in a given position for transportation; and linkage for connecting the structure to the missile launcher including a cam secured to the plinth and a cam follower limiting the travel of the missile launcher in terms of angle of inclination to a field which is a function of the aiming angle in relative bearing. <IMAGE>
