PURPOSE: To enable a nonuniform material to be heated evenly by connecting an airtight, pressure-resistant, closable container to a pressure measurement means or a temperature measurement means, and connecting a means which controls the energy output of a microwave generator to the pressure measurement means or temperature measurement means. CONSTITUTION: A microwave-permeable, airtight, pressure-resistant closable container 1 is prepared to enclose a material to be processed, and either or both of a pressure measurement means and a temperature measurement means 4 are connected to the internal space of the container 1, and a means 10 for controlling the energy output of a microwave generator 6 in order to control internal pressure differing from presettable atmospheric pressure and to keep the pressure constant is provided. The means 10 is connected to the pressure measurement means or temperature measurement means 4. Therefore, even a nonuniform material can be warmed or pressurized as uniformly as possible. |
