PURPOSE:To enhance the judging accuracy of the molten and solidified state of a resin by comparing the threshold value of the vibration damping factor of an ultrasonic wave obtained when the resin in a mold transfers from a molten state to a solidified state with the vibration damping factor after the mold is filled with the resin. CONSTITUTION:The vibration damping factor alphao (threshold value) in such a case that a resin transfers from a molten state to a solidified state is experimentally determined corresponding to the kind of a resin. Next, the data of the kind of a resin to be used is inputted to a console 8 and, based on this data, the threshold value alphao corresponding to the resin to be used stored in the ROM of a calculation apparatus 7 is read on an RAM. Subsequently, molds 1, 2 are filled with the resin based on the output signal from a main control apparatus 10. When the filling with the resin is completed, the distance between an ultrasonic transmitter 5 and an ultrasonic receiver 6 stored in the ROM of the apparatus 7 is read on the RAM and the vibration of an ultrasonic wave in the transmitter 5 and the receiver 6 is measured and, on the basis of this value, a vibration damping factor alpha is calculated. When alpha>=alphao is judged, it is displayed that the resin is in a solidified state on a display apparatus 9. |
