PURPOSE: To enhance strength by fully dampening a basic body made of a resin material by using a partially dissolvable fixing-resin film, coating and bonding an automatic bridge formation silicon between a walls having a continuous fine perforation generated, and filling a metal into a net-like tissue. CONSTITUTION: A basic body consisting of a plastic material is washed, and a fixing resin film capable of partially dissolving the surface structure of the basic body is applied by a spray gun, and then fully permeated and a continuous fine perforation is formed. Next, at least the one layer of a coating which consists of two liquid type automatic bridge formative silicon is conducted over the whole of the plastic-made basic body having the continuous fine perforation, thus the wall portion of the continuous fine perforation or the mutually bonded netlike tissue is condensed so that the negative original form having a notched projection 1 is made. After that, a molten metal is poured into the a vacant space including the continuous fine perforation of the negative original form, and filled therein. Thereafter, the solidified negative original form is taken out and then a metallic structure body having a continuous cell is produced. Thus the metallic structural body having the continuous cell having an excellent intensity can be used for a bone substitute implant tissue. |
