A polymer-modified bitumen contains 0.5-20 wt.% of polymer(s) comprising at least 20 wt.% of polyalkyl (meth)acrylates with mol. wt. above 30000 and consisting of 50-99.8 wt.% of 8-26C alkyl (meth)acrylates, 0.1-2.8% of polymerisable carboxylic acids, 0.1-2.8% polymerisable basic N cpds., and 0-49.8% of other polymerisable cpd(s). with not more than 1 polymerisable C:C bond.
