PURPOSE:To certainly collect objective components in parts by judging whether the objective components to be collected in parts are flowing out using the quantitative ratio of physical properties obtained by the first and second physical property quantity detection means. When the ratio R to objective components is within a predetermined range, objective components X1-Xn are collected in containers V1-Vn in parts from a nozzle 6a in the order of a fast outflow time under the control of a motor/nozzle control part 6. |
