PURPOSE:To prevent creation of car shaking by making a chassis frame support a cabin by means of springs and shock absorbers. CONSTITUTION:In a cab-over engine truck, a chassis frame supports a cabin by means of springs and shock absorbers of which both are disposed at both sides of the front and rear ends of the cabin. A whole spring constant of the springs disposed at four positions is selected 14-28kg/mm. and a damping force at the stretching side multiplied by a damping force at the contracting side of each of the shock absorbers which are disposed at four positions should be a 70X30- 300X210kg/0.3m/sec. |
