PURPOSE:To automatically call visitors by adding an identification code which can be read optically, magnetically or with a contact to a prescribed position of a reception body. CONSTITUTION:An identification code 6 which can be read optically, magnetically or with a contact is added to a prescribed position of a reception body 1. Thus the body 1 is carried to a transfer window when a business process is through. Then the body 1 is set at a sensor part 11 of a reception device 7, and the code 6 of the body 1 is read at a reading part 9 of the part 11. This read signal is displayed at a display part 12 as a corresponding code, symbol or pattern. A visitor can confirm a processed state by reference to the display and goes to the transfer window to receive a document, etc. Thus the visitor is automatically called at the end of the business process and can be rationally received. |
