摘要 PURPOSE: To introduce light to an optical device such as a gyro by providing a connector with connecting efficiency with respect to the first spectrum of a frequency different from that with respect to the second spectrum of the frequency. CONSTITUTION: The source 100 of pumping irradiation is combined with the fiber 102 of a multiple connector 104, to give pumping irradiation by the port A of the connector 104. Irradiation from a source 100 is transmitted to a port B, and the connector 104 is adjusted so as to be provided with 0% connecting efficiency at the wavelength of a source 100. An irradiation signal causes a forward signal 114 and a reverse signal 112, like the arrows, in a doped fiber 108. Then the signal 112 is transmitted to a port C. In this case, the connector is made to provide the perfect connection of raising light at 1060 nm and to avoid giving any connection at the wavelength of pumping light at the wavelength of 800 nm. Thereby light is advantageously introduced into an optical device, such as a gyroscope.
