PURPOSE:To prevent the extension so as to improve the active material charging state in the process of forming an electrode by means of charging the active material into a conductive porous substrate with a three dimensional structure, by pressing the electrode at a specified compression factor with use of a roller having a specified diameter. CONSTITUTION:Paste-like active material is pressed on a conductive porous substrate with a three dimensional structure in multi-stages with a roller, to be thereby charged. The roller used in this process is set to be 90mm or more in diameter. The pressing manner is that the substrate, which is charged with the paste-like material and perfectly dried, is compressed at 60% or more of a target compression ratio in the first pressing. Thus, the extension is prevented and the electrode with reliability can be formed. |
