PURPOSE:To obtain a noodle boiling machine suitable for business use by providing a noodle waste collection part having a discharge opening at the deep part of an inclined pan bottom. CONSTITUTION:The bottom part 2a of a pan 2 retained on a machine frame 1, for example, is so formed as to have an angular cross-sectional form with a projecting face at the center thereof and a concave at both right and left sides. Noodle waste collection bodies 3 having discharge ports 3a are respectively so fitted to the deep part of the pan bottom part 2a as to be directed down. Also, holes 2a continuous to the noodle collection bodies 5 are drilled through the deep part of the bottom part 2a. The aforesaid discharge ports 3a are then connected to a drain. |
