The device is designed to hold a flower-box by a window. It has a carrying element which can be swung about a vertical axis of rotation, with its bearing part (5) fixable at or near the window soffit (4). The carrying element is a plate or table (1a) which can support the flower-box. USE/ADVANTAGE - The flower-box can be swung out from its position by the window to give complete access to the window.
