Composite wooden structural elements - has mfd. by using press to form glued joint between two battens
摘要
Composite wooden structural elements are formed from wooden battens (100) of rectangular cross-section placed side by side and glued together. The glued joint is made by placing pairs of battens on supports on the side walls of a press. The press has two hinged panels (60) which can be swung against the battens (100) and press them against the side walls. A ram (48) actuated by a hydraulic cylinder (52) then presses the battens together to ensure a firm joint between the glued surfaces. USE - Wooden structural elements.
