<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the labor and the working time of workers and to keep the synchronization among processes by selecting the combination of optimum values in consideration of the standard time of each product type, the limitation of the product type, the progress information on equipments, and the conditions of the holiday process. CONSTITUTION:A scheduling program 5 containing a scheduled production plan 1 decides an optimum product type assigned to each equipment and compiles the plan 1 for each time unit in consideration of the present progress state of an equipment stored in a progress information memory 7, the standard time stored in a standard time memory 9 when a certain product type is assigned to the equipment, and the affinity between the equipment and the product type stored in a product type limitation memory 11. Then a worker 17 actuates plural equipments 19a - 19n based on a schedule shown on a display 15. At the same time, a delivery instruction sheet 21 is produced by the program 5 and instructs the correction to a pre-process 23 to secure the synchronization among processes. As a result, the working time and labor of the worker 17 can be reduced and the working time and labor of the worker 17 can be reduced and the synchronization is maintained among processes.</p> |
