发明名称 FIBER-REINFORCED THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a thermoplastic resin composition improved in rigidity, mechanical strength, heat resistance, etc., by incorporating fibrous magnesium oxysulfate and a silanol condensation catalyst into a silane-modified thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:The subject composition consists of 50-99.9wt.% silane-modified thermoplastic resin, 50-0.1wt.% fibrous magnesium oxysulfate, and a silanol condensation catalyst. As the thermoplastic resin, all those processable at 270 deg.C or lower can be used. The silane-modified thermoplastic resin can be obtained by modifying the thermoplastic resin with a modifier comprising an unsaturated silane compound together with a peroxide, or by merely incorporating said modifier into the resin. When a silane compound having no unsaturated group is used as the modifier, the modification can be effected by merely incorporating it into the resin. The amount of the silane coupling agent incorporated for the modification is about 0.1-30 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. total of the thermoplastic resin and the fibrous magnesium oxysulfate.
