METHOD FOR FORMULATING BLANK OF MATERIAL CAPABLE OF THERMOFORMING

PURPOSE: To obtain a sufficiently compressed molded product by forming a thermoformable assembly and a polymeric molding diaphragm and heating the assembly to proper thermoformable temp. to bring the same into contact with the mold surface of a molding jig to form the assembly. CONSTITUTION: The thermoformable assembly 26 of a main body and at least one polymeric molding diaphragm are formed and the assembly 26 is heated to a proper thermoformable temp. and brought into contact with the mold surface of a molding jig to form the assembly 26. The obtained molded object is removed from the molding jig. Herein, the stage forming the assembly 26 does not exceed 2 min. By this constitution, a sufficiently compressed molded article can be obtained.
