PURPOSE: To provide the frictional engagement of a support stay by an inexpensive device by mounting a slider mounted on a link-shaped support stay end in a groove-shaped track, and pressing this slider into the track while deformed by a cam. CONSTITUTION: A track 10 comprising the flange-shaped outer walls 11, 12 is mounted. Then a slider 17 comprising an approximately rectangular hollow 22 and a lip 32 comprising door-shaped notches 34, 35, and made of a plastic material is mounted. A cam 24 comprising an outer surface formed by the cloud forms 30, 31 and straight parts 28, 29 is rotatably mounted in the hollow 22. Then the slider 17 is slidably mounted in the track 10, and a brace 16 and the other link member are mounted. The cam 24 is rotated for contacting and pressing the notches 34, 35 to the inner surfaces of the track side walls 38, 39, and the slider 17 is fixed. Whereby the friction stay can be inexpensively manufactured without using set screws. |
