PURPOSE:To make the removing work of a core mold unnecessary, and prevent weaving by arranging a pair of semi-split cylindrical core materials in facing each other, and press-contacting them in superposing respective uncured side peripheries, and then, molding a cylindrical core material in irradiating ultraviolet rays to the uncured superposing parts, followed by curing. CONSTITUTION:Both side peripheries 2b, 2b of a semi-cylindrical body 2a are covered with continuous shielding members 7, 8, and they are irradiated for a predetermined time with ultraviolet rays by a bank of ultraviolet ray lamps in order to be cured, thereby forming a semi-split cylindrical core material 21 in allowing the parts of both side peripheries 2b, 2b to remain uncured. A pair of semi-split cylindrical materials are manufactured, and the pair of semi-split cylindrical material 21, 21 are opposed each other from up and down sides in a contractable core mold 10, and further the side peripheries 2b, 2b are superposed, and then pressed by means of pressing members 11, 12. After the side peripheries 2b, 2b are brought into press contact with each other, the pressing members 11, 12 are moved to the left side and right side respectively, and the superposed parts of the uncured side peripheries 2b, 2b are irradiated with ultraviolet rays whereby the superposed parts are cured and joined, so that a cylindrical core material 2 is molded. Thus, weaving can be prevented. |
