PURPOSE: To provide sufficient rigidity to a manufactured article and resistance to the weight by providing a short vertical peripheral side wall on a half part in which a reinforcing rib is circumferentially provided, and projecting a wedge- shaped lip from the top of the peripheral side wall. CONSTITUTION: One box-shaped halt part 2 is provided with a smooth inner surface, the other box-shaped half part 3 is provided with a rib 3a on its inner surface, and this rib applies the required reinforcing action to the whole structure 1. The half part 3 is provided with a short vertical peripheral side wall 3b, and a wedge-shaped lip 3c is projected from the top of the peripheral side wall 3b. The wedge-shaped lip 3c is provided whole over the circumference of the half part 3, and inward bent connecting teeth 3d are provided on the base part at equal distances. The wedge-shaped lip 3c of the half part 3 is fitted to a peripheral groove 2b of the half part 2 by closing two half parts 2 and 3. The manufactured article has sufficient rigidity and also the high resistance in relation to the heavy weight. |
