PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction of a burglar prevention setting function by a method wherein a device with a card type electric lock for managing entrance and exit to and from a room is mounted to the entrance and exit of each room and a device for managing entrance and exit to and from a building is mounted to the entrance and exist of a building, and the devices are interconnected through a communication system to collate and control information. CONSTITUTION:A device A for managing entrance and exit to and from a building and a device B for managing entrance and exist to and from a room mounted to the entrance and exist of a building and that of each room, both formed with a microcomputer, are provided and interconnected through a communication system. During entrance to a room, a card is read by the device A, and after specified information of the card and release of burglar prevention are inputted, the card is read by the device B to effect unlocking. During exit from a room, the card is read, and the information is transmitted to the device A simultaneously with locking. The card is read by the device A, and during input of burglar prevention setting, and burglar prevention is set only during coincidence with transmission information. This constitution confirms a final exiting person even when persons cross each other, and prevents the occurrence of malfunction. |
