<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the sensitivity of the polarized electromagnet device from deterioration by a method wherein the magnetomotive flux of a coil is made not to pass through a permanent magnet and not to act as the attracting force to a horizontally and reciprocatingly transferring armature. CONSTITUTION:The dotted line Y shows the direction of magnetic flux of a permanent magnet 14, and a magnetic path is formed from the permanent magnet 14 to the upper trank 2 of a U-shaped armature 1, both legs 3, 4 of the U-shaped armature 1, both legs 6, 7 of a box type yoke 5, and to inside facing horizontal legs 8, 9. Then magnetic flux of the coil 11 is shown with the solid line X, and starting from the coil 11 at first, passes through the lower trank 10 of the box type yoke 5, the right leg 7, the right leg 4 of the U-shaped armature 1, the upper trank 2, the left leg 3, the left leg 6 of the box type yoke 5, and reaches the lower trank 10. Accordingly because magnetic fluxes are added when both the directions X, Y of magnetic fluxes are the same, and repel mutually when the direction are opposite, at the figure, the armature 1 is transferred to the right side horizontally to be attracted to the left leg 6 of the box type yoke 5. When the direction of the current of the coil 11 is inverted, the armature transfers to the left direction oppositely, and is held in that condition according to magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 14.</p> |
