<p>PURPOSE:To prepare an alcoholic beverage at any time without restriction in the preparation season, by pulverizing a solution derived from a raw material composed of an edible plant and fermenting the powdered material. CONSTITUTION:An edible plant such as carrot, aloe and wormwood is crushed and separated into a solution and a cake by pressing. The obtained solution is dried and pulverized. At a desired time, the powder is put into a fermentation tank together with warm water (preferably mineral water), honey and yeast and fermented by conventional method.</p> |
