The invention comprises a secure anchoring device, of a cable, (4), on a support bracket, (1), and is characterised in that the anchoring mechanism, (8), comprises a body, (8a,8b), and a clamping element, (8c), which define a passageway for the said cable. This passageway has a variable cross-section over at least part of the length of the passage. The anchoring system, (8), is held on the inside of the support-bracket by releasable means of immobilisation, whilst the body, (8a,8b), interacts with the clamping element, (8c), to reduce the cross-section of the cable passageway (4). The anchoring system comprises at least one buttress-stop, (12), adapted to modify the said section by displacing the clamping element, (8c), with respect to the body, (8a,8b), in taking support, (1), on the surface, (13), of the element, and having a form such as to increase the section of the passageway, and to free the cable whilst the means of immobilisation free the anchoring system, and produce a sufficient movement of the body, with respect to the support.
