PURPOSE:To prevent diabetes and to prevent and treat geriatric diseases such as arteriosclerosis by making wheat containing apple fiber into noodles. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. wheat flour is blended with 5-15 pts.wt. apple fiber and 33-37 pts.wt. solution of salt having 8-10 Baume degree concentration to give dough for noodles, which is extended to given thickness to give noodle belt. Then the noodle belt is cut to give long strip of noodles. |
