PURPOSE:To facilitate a work of a screen printing step by forming an upper face of an upper conductor layer provided in an opening on the same surface of an insulating layer on a board or lower. CONSTITUTION:A first conductor layer 12 is formed on a green sheet G. Then, an insulating layer 18a formed with an opening is formed on the layer 12. Subsequently, a lower layer 16a of a second conductor layer 16 is formed in the opening P of the layer 12. Then, an insulating layer 18b is so formed as to form the same opening as the opening P on the layer 18a. Thereafter, an upper layer 16b of the layer 16 is formed on the lower layer 16a. Then, an Ni-plated layer 22 is formed on the layer 16. Subsequently, a noble metal layer 24 is formed on the layer 22. Thereafter, a third conductor layer 26 is formed on the layer 24. Thus, the upper face of the layer 16 is formed on the same surface as the layer 18a or lower. As a result, the leveling of the opening P is facilitated to easily perform the work of a screen printing step for forming the layers 24, 26. |
