PURPOSE:To provide partly a rigid part, by a method wherein a rigid reinforcing material to a joint of which an adhesive agent containing metallic powder is applied beforehand is set up within a molding tool on an important part of which an electromagnetic induction coil is arranged, parison comprised of a flexible material is held within the molding tool and simultaneously with blow molding electromagnetic induction bonding is performed. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic induction coil 6 is arranged so that the same surrounds a fitting part 5 of a reinforcing material forming a cylindrical state when a bottom and top forces 1, 2 are joined together and a rigid reinforcing material 11 is set up in a fitting part 5. An adhesive agent mixed with metallic powder such as iron or stainless steel is applied to the inside 11a, in the rigid reinforcing material 11. Plasticized parison is held between the bottom and top forces 1, 2 by pressing the same and mold clamping is performed. When the parison is blow-molded so that the same runs along mold surfaces 3, 4 and at the same time when a high-frequency current is applied to the coil 6, the adhesive agent layer which is in the coil 6 and containing the metallic powder is heated efficiently and the rigid reinforcing material 11 is integrated firm with the surface of a flexible material pressed against the mold surfaces 3, 4. With this construction, an air duct to a desired part of which the rigid reinforcing material 11 is provided integrally is obtained. |
