PURPOSE:To easily recognize the present position on a road map on a screen correspondingly to the present position on an actual road by indicating a road on the road map in front of the present position of a moving body by the perspective representation. CONSTITUTION:The present position of a moving body is obtained by a signal processor 3 on the basis of signals from a distance sensor 1 and a direction sensor 2. The present position is stored by a running locus memory device 4 and at the same time, indicated on a display device 7 together with the road information stored in a memory medium 5. At this time, a road on the road map in front of the present position of the moving body can be indicated by the perspective representation. |
