PURPOSE:To obtain base cloth for air bag having light weight and extreme flexibility by weaving double woven cloth comprising double layers having different air permeability and having specific air permeability, tensile strength and tear strength as the total cloth. CONSTITUTION:The right side texture and rear side texture are woven in one body-like respectively having different warp and weft densities to form double layers having different air permeability, then double woven cloth having <=5cc/ cm<2>/sec air permeability, >=100kg/in tensile tenacity and >=10kg tear tenacity as the total cloth is obtained. |
