PURPOSE:To perform a control in a good follow-up character for a high speed of foil by adding a reel drive motor speed, detected by a tachometer generator, to a feedback loop in addition to an output of a potentiometer, which detects the displacement of a dancer arm, and correcting a speed command value so as to negate a steady deviation. CONSTITUTION:A rotary speed of a reel drive motor 24 is detected by a tachometer generator 40, further the displacement of a dancer arm 30, when a belt- shaped material (electrode foil) 20 is fed out to a rewinding part of a capacitor winding device, is detected by a potentiometer 34. Next a speed command value, in which a detection output of the tachometer generator 40 is fed back and corrected for a detection output of the potentiometer 34, is obtained, while being based on the speed command value, the reel drive motor 24 is speed- controlled by a control circuit 36. In this way, a follow-up character of the material feeding reel drive motor 24 in the capacitor winding device can be improved. |
