<p>PURPOSE:To develop beautiful and variegated excellent decorative appearance by combining a foamable resin layer with foaming inhibitor-containing resin layers and partially foaming the foamable resin layer to form recessed and protruding patterns and bonding a fine powder to the recessed parts of said patterns. CONSTITUTION:Protruding parts 6 are formed to a decorative sheet 1 at the foamed parts of the foamable resin layer 3 on said sheet 1 and the foaming of the foamable resin layer 3 is suppressed at the parts where foaming inhibitor-containing resin layers 4 are present to form recessed parts 7 and recessed and protruding patterns consisting of protruding parts and recessed parts are formed. The foamable resin layer 3 is composed of a synthetic resin containing a foaming agent and, as resin material quality, a vinyl chloride resin or an acrylic resin is designated and, as the foaming agent, dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine is designated. The foaming inhibitor containing resin layers 4 are composed of a synthetic resin compounded with a foaming inhibitor and, as the foaming inhibitor, an org. acid such as azeraic acid and acid chloride such as fumaryl chloride are designated and the compounding ratio of the inhibitor is set to about 2-10wt.%. As a fine powder 5, a ground or chipped material of a synthetic resin, a metal or ceramic is used.</p> |
