<p>PURPOSE: To absorb and eliminate efficiently suspended particles and poisonous gases with liquid membranes by a means of waterspout which spouts water on a plurality of net structure to form liquid membrane at net surface of each net structure, and is mounted at the upper site of a plurality of the net structure in parallel. CONSTITUTION: The plurality of the net structure 33 in parallel are supported for each of the lower part to be inserted in a liquid pool 50, and also the waterspout 40 is mounted at the upper site of a plurality of net structure 33, to spout the liquid on a plurality of net structure 33 to form liquid membranes 333 and 334 at net surface of each net structure 33. Namely, while an exhaust smoke and an exhaust gas are passed through at an arrow direction, and relatively bigger particles existing in the exhaust smoke and the exhaust gas is not only filtered by net surface of the net structure 33, but also a liquid membrane formed at the net surface is continuously broken by the exhaust smoke and the exhaust gas passing through, and is reformed, and is brought uniformly into contact with the exhaust smoke and the exhaust gas passing through, the suspended particles and poisonous gases are efficiently absorbed, and flow down together with flow of the liquid membrane into a receiving saucer 50 so that to be eliminated.</p> |
