PURPOSE:To facilitate the performance of music except in C or music which requires complicated fingering by providing a transposition storage means for storing set transposition information and transposing a musical sound specified by a pitch specifying means selectively according to the transposition information read out of the transposition storage means. CONSTITUTION:A key circuit 24 inputs key information which is inputted through a key as the pitch specifying means and the transposition storage means 14 is stored with the transposition information for a change to the easiest-to-play key for a player. Then a transposition control means 10 refers to the transposition information as to the musical sound based upon the pitch specifying means and transposes only the musical sound selectively and a musical sound read out of the storage means 18 is generated according to stored musical sound data and inhibited from being transposed. Consequently, the music except in C or music which requires complicate fingering is easily played by easy fingering. |
