<p>PURPOSE:To perform automatic video recording in a user's absence time- sequentially by providing the channel information storage part of an external receiver and an external receiver control part which gives a control command to the external receiver based on a command from a timer execution check part. CONSTITUTION:The contents of reservation are set in a reservation information storage part 102 and an external equipment channel information storage part 108. The timer execution check part 104 compares current time information from a timer part 103 with the reservation information such as a starting time and a finishing time. When it is an execution time, the check part 104 gives the output command to the external receiver control part 109 based on the receiver number and the channel information in the storage part 108 and gives a command to a switching part 106 and the command of an action to a video and sound recording part 107 based on the receiver number in the storage part 108. The control part 109 outputs the content of the command to the external receivers 3 and 4 to control the receivers. At the time of finishing video recording, the check part 104 gives the command of finishing to the recording part 107 to finish the execution of video recording.</p> |
