<p>PURPOSE: To improve a quality of product by mounting a control system to control a dispenser nozzle for coating material and measuring volume flow by operating the dispensing device when this control system is in a mode of correction. CONSTITUTION: When an input signal is received by an input 75, an output 55 from a scanner 70 is sent to a bus 40 through a gate 53. The scanner 70 sends a standard signal to the bus 40 by turn by exchanging a series of an output 73 of a standard signal register 72; and these signals are sent by turn to control system 20 of gun valve to operate a nozzle 14 of a gun 13. When each of a plural input 71 is connected by turn with scanner output 55 by the scanner, a counter 36 is reset by a signal of reset line 45. Then, the counter 36 records a measured value in proportion to an actual flow rate. When the measurement by the counter 36 finishes, the value is registered in a memory 67 through a line 78.</p> |
