<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a compact magnetic sensor whose external form is thin by laminating spiral conductive foil on an insulating substrate. CONSTITUTION:Copper foil is attached on the insulating substrate 2 where a spiral mask is applied and etching is performed to form the spiral 3 of the copper foil and input terminal parts 4 and 5. Then, a land is provided in the center part of the spiral and a through hole 6 which penetrates is formed in the center part of the land. The central land and the terminal 5 are connected by another conductor 7. Thus, a coil substrate as shown by the figure of an equivalent circuit is obtained by attaching the copper foil on the back surface of the substrate 2 in the same way, forming the spiral pattern by etching, connecting the center part by the through hole 6 and forming a terminal part in the same way.</p> |
