PURPOSE:To seize the grade of grain at a receiving time and to store grain according to this grade and thereafter perform delivery thereof by inputting both the contents of the prescribed chemical components and moisture value which are detected at the receiving time and inputting the final target moisture value, with an inputting means, calculating and obtaining the taste value of grain therefrom. CONSTITUTION:Grain is received from a producer and delivered via the respective stages of drying, cleaning and storage. In this case, one part of grain is sampled at a receiving time and the contents of chemical components (e.g. protein, amylose and moisture) are detected from the sample in a near infrared spectroanalyzer 1. Further the final target moisture value of the received grain is inputted from the data input part 2. Furthermore taste value of the received grain in the case of reacting the final target moisture value is calculated from both the detected contents of the prescribed chemical components and the inputted final target moisture value in a calculation processing part 3. As a result, the grade of grain can be seized in a receiving stage and thereby grain can be delivered after it has been dried and stored according to the respective grades thereof. |
