PURPOSE:To easily determine propriety of a V-shaped groove load by forming a V-shaped groove check land at both ends of a U-shaped conductive pattern formed by crossing the V-shaped groove formed parts of a plurality of inner printed circuit boards in a dummy plate, and electrically inspecting the presence or absence of continuity between the lands. CONSTITUTION:V-shaped groove check lands 20a, 20b, 30a, 30c forced at both ends of U-shaped inner layer patterns 6, 7 crossing with V-shaped grooves 50a, 50b are simultaneously formed with inner layer clearances 8, 9. Then, first, second, third and fourth layer substrates 1, 2, 3, 4 are laminated integrally by heating/pressurizing means such as a hot press, etc., opened, electrolytically plated, V-shaped groove check lands 10a, 10b, 10c are formed, and then V-shaped grooves are formed. The patterns 6, 7 are cut by the grooves 50a, 50b to eliminate the electric continuity between the lands 10a, 10b and 10a, 10c, thereby confirming that the V-shaped grooves are formed in normal depth. |
